What we can help with
- Billing and receipts. Questions about a charge, a renewal, or an invoice. Include your order or receipt number from Paddle if you have it.
- Refunds. Full details are on our Refund Policy page. Email us to start a refund.
- Cancellations. You can cancel yourself from Settings → Membership → Cancel subscription. If anything is unclear, email us.
- Account access. Trouble signing in, resetting a password, or deleting your account.
- Technical issues. Bugs, broken uploads, failed scans, or unexpected errors. A short description plus the device/browser you are using helps us fix it faster.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion, or data export requests under the Privacy Policy.
- Safety reports. Report abuse of the Service or content that violates our AI Usage Policy.
