1. Who we are
Mkhd Paramount Global Proprietary Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Botswana, operates the Ignored AI application (the "Service"). Contact: support@ignored.ai.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in via a third-party provider (e.g. Google, Apple).
- Uploaded files — screenshots of dating profiles and text conversations that you choose to upload for analysis.
- Prompts and inputs — the text you enter, questions you ask, and context you provide to the AI (e.g. onboarding answers about your dating goals).
- Generated outputs — the scores, rewrites, replies, and suggestions we produce for you, together with your interactions with them (e.g. saved history).
- Support communications — messages you send us and any attachments.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
- Usage analytics — aggregated events (e.g. screens viewed, features used) used to understand product performance.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for session management, security, and remembering preferences. See §7.
2.3 Payment information
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), where applicable. Paddle collects your billing details, card information, and tax data directly. We receive limited data from Paddle, such as your subscription status, plan, country, and the last four digits of your card. We do not store your full card number. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

4. How AI processing works
To generate outputs, your prompts, uploaded screenshots and derived text may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors (see §5). We instruct providers not to use your content to train their public foundation models where that option is available. We do not sell your data.
5. Third-party services we use
- Paddle — payments, subscription billing, tax, invoicing.
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure file storage.
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) — to generate scores, rewrites, and replies.
- Cloudflare — hosting, DDoS protection, and content delivery.
- Email service providers — to send transactional messages such as receipts and password resets.
Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
6. International transfers
Because we and our processors operate globally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — session, authentication, CSRF protection.
- Preferences — remembering your theme and onboarding state.
- Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting usage measurement.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Data retention
- Account data — kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and fraud-prevention purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Uploaded screenshots — retained only as long as needed to produce and display your results, and automatically deleted within 30 days of upload or immediately when you delete the scan.
- Generated outputs and scan history — retained until you delete them from Settings → Clear scan history.
- Billing records — retained by Paddle and by us for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 6–10 years).
9. Deletion and your controls
You can clear your scan history at any time from Settings → Clear scan history. To delete your entire account and associated personal data, email support@ignored.ai from your account address and we will action the request within 30 days.
10. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. See our Security page for detail. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@ignored.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact support@ignored.ai and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever this Policy changes. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
