Usage limits

Paid plans include fair-use limits designed to prevent automated abuse. Under normal individual use you will not hit them. If you consistently approach a limit we will contact you at your account email before taking any action.

Free tier

You can get your Ignored Score and top mistakes for free, without paying. Paid plans unlock the exact fixes (rewrites, photo order, Reply Coach, date planner).

Billing, renewals and cancellation

  • Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your card statement will show a Paddle descriptor.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the current price until cancelled.
  • Cancel at any time from Settings → Membership → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • The 6-Day Sprint is a one-time charge and does not renew.
  • All plans are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.

Enterprise / bulk

Ignored AI is currently sold to individual consumers only. We do not offer team, reseller, or enterprise licences at this time. For press, partnerships, or bulk enquiries, email support@ignored.ai.
