1. 7-day money-back guarantee
For any paid plan (6-Day Sprint, Weekly Pro, Monthly Pro, or Annual Pro), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@ignored.ai from the address on your account with:
- your order or receipt number (from your Paddle receipt email),
- the plan you purchased, and
- a short note (optional) about why you are requesting the refund.
We reply to all refund requests within 2 business days.
3. Processing times
Once approved, refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, back to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription renewals
Recurring subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) renew automatically at the end of each period. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis where:
- you were charged for a new period and had not used the Service since the renewal, and
- you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge.
To avoid future renewals, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from Settings → Membership → Cancel subscription.
5. One-time passes
The 6-Day Sprint is a one-time charge that gives you time-boxed access. It does not renew. The 7-day money-back guarantee (§1) applies.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be refused where:
- the request is made outside the applicable window;
- we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service;
- the account has been suspended for violating our Acceptable Use rules or AI Usage Policy;
- the same buyer has previously received a goodwill refund for the same product.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
7. Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund of past charges. If you want both to cancel and to request a refund, please say so in your email.
